Here in the Black Forest of Germany, even the most difficult
Air Suspension Problems are solved.

Your vehicle's Air Suspension System can be fully restored in our Messier Automotive Air Suspension Repair Workshop. You can decide whether to use original spare parts or (depending on availability) aftermarket products. The following parts can be repaired after diagnosis:

  • Air springs
  • Struts/Shock absorbers
  • Compressors
  • Valves
  • Electronic components
  • Air hoses/pipes

Repairing the air suspension system often seems easy, thinking that it would be done with the replacement of components such as compressors, valves, relays, fuses, control units, height sensors, shock absorbers, air struts or air springs. But appearances are often deceptive!

All components interact with each other to a greater or lesser extent and are therefore also dependent on each other for proper functioning. Even components that do not appear to be part of the system, such as control arms, crossmembers, stabilizers, tie rods, sway bars and push rods, can be the cause of suspension malfunctions. Even a widespread problem of a “small leakage" does not immediately reveal the extent of the damage. In today's world, everything is managed by control units. To master these requires not only a corresponding diagnostic device with appropriate software, but it also often requires a lot of experience to be able to analyze values accurately. Error messages are only the result of a wrong electronic value. This does not necessarily mean that the wrong value comes from the corresponding component. Corrosion, broken cables or loose components can also cause error messages. Connecting a pressure hose correctly seems easy, which it is if you know you have to follow certain specifications. The wrong torque on metal to plastic threaded connections will lead to failure. Old pressure hoses must be inspected beforehand and their ends must be cut again correctly. Many sources of error are hidden in these electronically controlled pneumatic systems. There are many possible things that can go wrong if the repair service is not done correctly.

This is my first review for a workshop. The permanent construction site air suspension was 100% perfectly repaired within 24 hours, now I enjoy my Mercedes station wagon again. Top prices, although absolute expert knowledge is used here. The workshop master is really a master of his trade. A great pleasure to have it explained in detail what triggered my Airmatic problems and how it was fixed.

...He was also directly reachable by phone and a short-term appointment could be found despite a full workshop schedule. I gave my car Wednesday afternoon and the next day I already received a diagnosis. On Monday, my repaired Audi A6 was ready to be picked up, even though I was pushed in between. Mr. Meter is very friendly, always available and also has a very high level of expertise. The compressor exchange was also significantly cheaper than in the contract workshop. I can recommend the company Miessler Automotive and especially Mr. Meter without reservation.
