We generally ship on the same day of the order.
If we confirm your order before 14:00 (Monday to Friday*), we usually ship on the same day.

We deliver worldwide.
The shipping costs depend on the country of delivery.
The shipping cost calculation is available when you have something in your shopping cart.

You will receive free shipping, depending on the country of delivery, from a certain value of goods.
The corresponding threshold value is displayed directly at the product description in the webshop.

We deliver with UPS and DHL.

Through our own interface to UPS, you will also be shown the delivery time of the corresponding delivery method.
And that worldwide to any conceivable location.

A personal pickup or a pickup by your own carrier is of course also possible.

Deliveries outside the European Union:
All products are shipped to you directly from our warehouse in Germany.
For this reason, all products are subject to import tax to a third country (outside the EU).
This import sales tax may vary depending on the type of product and the declared value.
Please note that the import VAT is not included in the purchase price of this product,
You will always receive an invoice in advance from our service provider UPS or DHL.
